Our education philosophy is centered on meeting every artist where they are and helping them grow into the professional they want to become. All new hires begin in our new talent program, with the opportunity to move onto the floor within 30 to 60 days. From there, we offer fully tailored training pathways. Education continues in-house on a quarterly basis — and often more frequently — with expert educators brought into the salon for advanced, hands-on workshops. We also support and fund off-site education, including events like Aveda Congress and advanced technique classes.

We’re deeply rooted in Annapolis, and our team is proud of the philanthropic legacy we’ve cultivated over the years. From raising funds for Charity:Water during Earth Month, to supporting the YWCA year-round, to sponsoring families for the holidays and organizing food drives, giving back is woven into the fabric of who we are.
