Bridal Service Policies Appointment Scheduling In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for you and your bridal party, it is important that arrangements are confirmed with our Coordinators at least thirty days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen events can occur in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Please note, however, that our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within thirty days may not be possible based on availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process. We recommend that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled service time so that you have ample time to relax prior to your service. Payment A deposit payment of 20% of the total charge for services is necessary to schedule appointments. The balance is due the day of your wedding. Cancellation/Refunds If you must cancel your appointments, please notify your Coordinator at least two weeks or more prior to the event to receive a refund of your entire deposit. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged. If you do not cancel with at least two weeks notice, you will receive no deposit refund. Please note that there will be no refund given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment the day of the wedding. Relaxing Environment We strive to create an atmosphere of tranquil joy for you and your bridal party. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to further enhance your experience. Please remember to wear a button down shirt on the day of your service. It is important that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. |
